Alexander Patterson is an undergraduate student intern with the Texas Policy Lab. He is a junior at Rice University studying Mathematical Economic Analysis and Managerial Studies. His research interests are in the areas of real-estate and economic policy. Prior to joining the Texas Policy Lab, Alexander worked for Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Poland, Katalyst Engineering and Family for Family focusing on issues related to early childhood development and education.
Alexander’s duties include research, data collection, and data analysis. Over the course of his internship at the Texas Policy Lab, he will be working on projects concerning criminal justice and early childhood development.
