Undergraduate Student Intern

Connor Rothschild

Connor Rothschild is an undergraduate student intern with the Texas Policy Lab. He is a junior at Rice University studying Social Policy Analysis and Political Science. His research interests lie in criminal justice policy, disaster resilience, and economic policy. Prior to joining the Texas Policy Lab, Connor held research positions in the Baker Institute’s McNair Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and in the Political Science department at Rice University.

As an intern, Connor’s duties include compiling literature reviews, creating data visualizations, and designing TPL reports and presentations. Outside of the Lab, Connor spends his time as Vice President for the Baker Institute Student Forum, a team lead for Design for America, and a competitor in various policy competitions.
