Undergraduate Student Intern

Jake Joseph

Jake Joseph is an intern with the Texas Policy Lab. He is a sophomore at Rice University studying Mathematical Economic Analysis and is an aspiring law school student. His research interests include economic policy, health policy, and a better understanding of the legal world. Jake has also contributed to research projects with the Center for Energy Studies at the Baker Institute for Public Policy.

As an intern, Jake is responsible for synthesizing data, conducting literature reviews, and creating TPL reports. Through his work at the Texas Policy Lab, Jake intends to become better acquainted with public policy and collaboration with government partners. Outside of the lab, Jake participates in Rice student government, is a college representative on Rice University Court, and is an active member in college intramural sports.
