Rabia Telli is a graduate research fellow at the Texas Policy Lab. She is a Ph.D. student in the Economics Department at Rice University. Her research at the Texas Policy Lab focuses on inequality in education, determinants of learning and achievement among school-age children, and gender inequality. She is also interested in the relationship between labor market opportunities and household demographic and economic decisions.
She completed her M.A. in economics at Sabanci University in Turkey. She received two bachelor’s degrees simultaneously; one in Economics at Galatasaray University (Istanbul, Turkey) and the other in Applied Mathematics at Université Lille 1 Science et Technologies (Lille, France).
