Shiloh Miller is a rising senior at Rice University studying Political Science and Social Policy Analysis. Shiloh’s policy interests lie in education, criminal justice and international affairs. In the summer of 2021, Shiloh interned with TPL’s Health group, and this summer Shiloh is interning with TPL’s Early Education group. Shiloh has been involved in research with Rice’s Political Science department, and has also held intern positions at both a District Attorney’s office and a private law firm to explore interest in law.
